Our Specialty Coffee is delivered to us from a variety of ports around the world, roasted and then delivered to you.

When will my coffee be shipped?

We – Sabrina & Mario – send your coffee from Monday to Wednesday. If we are in our Specialty Coffee Roastery on Thursday and Friday, we will also send your package then. As soon as we have packaged your coffee, you will receive an email that we have completed your coffee order. We will then have your package ready for collection by our parcel service provider.

How can I track shipping?

As soon as the parcel delivery person rings your doorbell, your coffee is there. If you are not at home or cannot accept the parcel, you will receive a notification in your mailbox.

Due to the various feedback from our coffee fans, requirements for parcel service providers and data economy, no further information is currently being provided proactively. However, if you would like to know exactly where your parcel is, just write us a message.

By the way, you can specify a different delivery address to the billing address when placing your order by activating the box for “Delivery to a different address?” and specifying a different delivery address.

How much does it cost to ship my coffee?

We are very small – just Sabrina + Mario – but we ship worldwide because there are coffee fans all over the world who love our special coffee. The shipping costs will be displayed as soon as you have entered your address.

However, we cover shipping costs for you from a certain country-dependent value of goods and the delivery is then “free of shipping” for you, so to speak, because we pay for it. Once you have exceeded the free shipping limit, in addition to the shipping costs, you will be given a second option for “Free shipping for you – We’ll take care of it!” displayed, which you can then select as an option – if you want.
