COFFEE LIKE CAFE

COFFEE LIKE CAFE

A good cup of coffee lives from a wonderfully fresh aroma that is not faded by the strong roast. Coffee can either taste fresh or fruity and a bit like jasmine tea. The Arabica bean is perfect for this because it can be processed into espresso, cappuccino or mild black filter coffee. In our coffee dictionary you will find out how to do it correctly. Basic coffee knowledge includes knowing which degree of grind the beans are used for which method of preparation. At Flatberry we like to grind the coffee for you, but if you want to venture it into beans yourself to brew espresso, mocha or another specialty coffee, you should look up our grinder to find out which grind is ideal. With an Arabica mixture, the Aeropress, a good French Press, but also in using a hand filter, you can make a cup of coffee as easily as in a good café.

MORE THAN A CUP OF PLEASURE

Cultivation & preparation of coffee

Where do our coffee beans come from and what varieties are grown where in the world? At Flatberry we initially only use coffee beans from retailers who can tell us exactly who grows the beans for them. In our coffee dictionary you will also find the most important growing areas around the world with the varieties that are planted there

We’ll tell you which bean the best espresso is made of and why sustainable cultivation is so important for the regions where the berries come from. As a coffee roaster, we only accept the coffee beans for their full taste, dried and lightly prepared, roast, mix and grind them yourself. In the coffee encyclopedia you can find out why this method of preserving the aroma is better than roasting in the country of origin.
